Learning from the Animals-Weather

Hi everyone,

A friend of mine, who is a farmer, and prospector in Ontario paid me a visit the other day. I always enjoy speaking to Russ as he has been living off of the land for many years, and teaches me so much about the animals. When one is still connected to the earth, the number one teacher is the animals. He watches everything from the ants to the deer. He knows how their behaviour represents what is going to happen with the weather, therefore preparing him for what ever Mother Nature throws his way. Boy, is he prepared. Russ is always ahead when it comes to knowing weather patterns, and I think that he could make a pretty good living at it.

The message today is that the squirrels have built nests larger, and bushier than ever before. Get ready fellow Canadians for a very COLD winter. Bundle up, and stay warm.!!!
